Our experienced staff specializes
in Title 24 and energy compliance documentation and consulting for both
residential and commercial buildings. With tough new changes in California's
energy standards as well as other states now in effect, we can guide
you towards your energy efficiency choices.
We provide quick and accurate energy
compliance reports and LEED consulting to architects, engineers, developers,
contractors and homeowners throughout California
and the rest of the country. Typically reports can be completed within 24 hours
if necessary.
We use state-of-the-art energy analysis
software approved by the California Energy Commission (CEC) and the
Department of Energy (DOE) to complete our customer's energy compliance
reports quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.
Your plans can be sent to us by email,
FTP, US mail or any
other delivery service. We accept the following file formats if sent
by e-mail or ftp (AutoCAD 2007,
ArchiCAD 10 or an earlier version).
The owner of Bear
Technologys is a Certifed Energy Analyst (CEA) and a Certified Energy
Plans Examiner (CEPE) for both Residential and Nonresidential buildings,
as well as being LEED trained. In addition, the owner holds a Master's
of Science degree in Software Engineering.
Bear Technologys
is owned and operated by a Service-Related Disabled Verteran.
