Our experienced staff specializes in energy compliance documentation for
Title 24 and LEED projects in California, across the country, and
locations outside of the US. We also provide energy efficiency
consulting for both residential and commercial buildings.
We strive for accurate documentation with rapid turnaround where possible.
Our customers are typically homeowners, building owners, contractors,
architects, and mechanical engineers.
We use state-of-the-art energy analysis software approved by the
California Energy Commission (CEC) and the Department of Energy (DOE).

owner of Bear
Technologys
is a Certifed Energy Analyst (CEA) and a Certified Energy Plans
Examiner (CEPE) for both Residential and Nonresidential buildings, as
well as a LEED AP BD&C.
In addition, the owner holds a Master's of Science degree in Software Engineering.

is owned and operated by a Service-Connected Disabled Verteran.
